Below is my sweet Bambi. That picture was taken 2 weeks ago. You can see one of her little
growths on her belly. We spent over $ 300:00 having 5 lumps removed but most of them are growing back. We walk 3 or 4 times a day when the weather permits. We were on one of our walks.
Below is the feeding station where I leave fresh water and food out for the critters. One of my critters is a young fox. In the summer I change the water at least 2 times a day but usually 3 or 4 times. Every critter comes to drink water. In the winter it gets changed at least once a day even when it has frozen the night before. I have a 6 foot fence around 2 and a half acres. In the picture is the back gate. The down pine tree was hit by lightning. The owners had it cut down and it took up a lot of the space that I had been feeding and watering in but it did not seem to bother anybody.
I have really enjoyed being able to blog tonight!! The fan has gotten a little louder but not too bad. I will try to blog again maybe Sunday night. I will not be able to go visit you as much as I would like. I will turn the computer on and read my comments tho.
See you all maybe Sunday.
Love you all, Bambi, Happy and Fern
2 1/2 acres? When can I visit?ReplyDelete
We have a feeding station too. It is mostly for our crows. We live near the biggest rookery in New England. There is a group of five crows that usually sends a scout to our house around sunrise. If Momma goes out to put some food for them he starts calling and pretty soon his pals show up.
Good luck with your fan!
I hope Bambi's bumps are OK.
Nice to see woo!ReplyDelete
Sorry about the replacement fan -

See woo when you khan make it bakhk!
Tank woo fur sharing your nature preserve!
Hmmm, I wonder why Bambi's lumbs and bumps are coming back. I had Ariels removed and I hope they don't grow back but the vet said they may.ReplyDelete
Glad to see your back! It sounds like you need a new computer if your fan is running loud. That is what happened to me!
Glad you could get the fan working - maybe it is time to get a new computer? We hate that computers do not last long - if it isn't the computer it is the software!ReplyDelete
Poor Bambi - she is till very beautiful - lumps and all. We feed the birds - and the odd squirrel - the odd Fox comes through but we send it packing - we cannot help it!
Lots of licks
Sally and Paddy

Hi there, So glad to see your back up in blogland. I posted this week(Thurs)about my two dogs....ReplyDelete
loved seeing your feeding station-a fox wow how wonderful. We see a momma every year that nests near here and has her kits.
Have a joyous weekend.
We are sorry to hear the lumps are returning on Bambi...does the vet know why. She certainly looks like she feels good.
Good luck with your computer. Mom and Dady have been putting up our Christmas tree today..they are TIRED?!!!
Madi and Mom
Raider sends his empathy for Bambi's lumps! I hope they were just "fatty tissue" cysts. His friend Buster, a lovable yellow lab had several, so did ALL of his litter mates. Their vet said, "they can remove them but they may grow back", too. Raider has one on his tummy near his rear leg, doesn't bother him and thankfully hasn't grown any in a year!
So glad the fan is working again and hope the right fan comes in soon!
Zack has a lump too...the vet says it is a fatty tumor and not dangerous. It doesn't seem to bother him at all.ReplyDelete
Hope you can get the correct fan soon.
Hugs to you and the critters,
