Here is our outside Christmas Tree. We talked about it a lot and we decided that it would survive much better if we did not bring it inside. So it is just out the front door. Just off the porch. It has outside lights on it that don't heat up so they will not hurt the tree. We can turn the lights on and off from inside. We like it very much. It is our homemade Christmas Tree!!!
Below is a picture of Tom and I when we first got together 27 and a half years ago!! If you look close you can see just how happy we were together!!! We are still that happy together!!! I have a lot of body problems and there is a lot of them that Tom has fixed, but I still have a cervical
spin that is slipping away and nothing is going to fix that. I still have the best life you can imagine being with the right man!! He is for me and I am for him!!!
Another post coming to an end. It is getting closer to Christmas!!! It is a wonderful time of year!! I love it. I wish I could see my G-daughter but she is too far away. We will be happy with emails!!!!
I so enjoy talking to you guys!!! Come again soon!! Leave a comment and I will answer you if I
have your blog address. If I don't please leave one and we will talk!!!

Hi there Fern, Love the photo of you and Tom but also love the outside Christmas tree-how wonderful to have one on your porch. I'm sad to know you have back/cervical problems but you certainly look like you are content. Blessings and hugs to you today.

Fern, the one good thing is that Santa won't have to come down your chimney!! lol
ReplyDeleteYour tree is beautiful :)
Your photo with Tom really shows so much love. And it's great to know that you have kept the love for each other all these years. We hope that you are enjoying the holidays and we wish you many more blissful years together.
ReplyDeleteWe really like your Christmas tree. Mommy says it reminds her of a tree in the garden her dad used to decorate when she was a kid. =)

Fern, we love your Christmas tree. Since it's outside, maybe we wouldn't get in trouble for peein' on it...
ReplyDeleteWe got some of those new LED lights that don't get hot. Is that what you have? We have an outside tree this year too, but it is made of F-A-K-E. Oh well.

Very pretty Christmas tree. Nice that you are doing a bit to save the earth instead of cutting a tree. Love the picture of you and Tom, you look so happy.
