This is my Crazy Patch Vest made in 99. There is a lot of embroidery on this vest. I will put a picture of me wearing it tomorrow. The first picture is the front and the second picture is the back.
Thanks for coming. Come back soon.
Love you all, Fern

Hi Fern,
ReplyDeleteJust caught up on your posts. I love your "love" vest. The embroidery is so beautiful. I want to try my hand at crazy quilting but just haven't yet. One day.
Don't worry about those bumps on Bambi. I think most dogs get them as they get older; they're fatty cysts and are harmless like your vet said. My Princess doesn't have any yet and she's 11, but my lab mix had lots of them and so did my white GSD.
And don't worry when I don't visit; I'm working at all kinds of jobs to make ends meet these days and when I'm home, I like to try to sew or do something fun.
Looking at all your handiwork has encouraged me to start cross-stitching again!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful vest!

Hi Fern,
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely vest? Do you hand embroider? or use a machine.
Yesterday, as I was doing my laundry, I looked at the poor state of my dishtowels and decided that it was time I started embroidering me some new ones - I think I'll do Scotties again.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Lynn
Hay, I wish I could do more hand work. If you look close in my pictures at my hands you can see the arthritis. In 99 my hands where not as bad as they are today. I did do a lot of hand work on that vest and it was the last hand work I did. It has been by machine ever since. The Love Vest was all machine
ReplyDeleteThanks, Phyilis, Kit, & Lynn, Love Fern
