My Babies for the last 30 years!!! All now at the Rainbow Bridge waiting for their mommy. All out there in our pet cemetery with a few cats.

We had high hopes for a garden this year and some things have been wonderful, but not everything!!!! It has been too HOT HOT HOT!!!!
It has been to dry. Although the last 3 days it has rained a little. One day we got a tenth, the next 2 tenth and yesterday 5 tenths. It is heading in the right direction.
I love all of you my Friends, Fern

  4. What great memories with some beautiful furiends! How did Miss Bambi get her name? Was she a timid girl?

We hope your rain continues. Dispite Mom's black thumb, whe went out yesterday and bought some lantana, a red geranium, a pretty succulent and some herbs for a window box. We're going to try hard not to pee on everything!!

  5. Sweet pups! Thanks for sharing them with us.

No garden in the woods. We're losing the battle with the deer on the flowers, and when you add in the rocks and red clay, vegetables are out of the question. We've tried, but it's not productive.

  7. Throughout my lifetime I've had 4 cats, 9 dogs, a guinea pig, a bird, and two lizards. Pets add richness to our lives. It's HOT here, too, Fern! Today the high is forecasted to be 105 in my area of the state! But I don't complain because I did all my complaining last winter. I have to water my flower pots twice a day in this heat.

We're back and we are delighted to see the lovely photos you shared.

Seeing photos like these sure bring a lot of fun memories of the pets we've had and have gone across the rainbow bridge. We'll say a little prayer for them tonight.
