My home made clothes and a Camellia

Good morning friends.
They say it is suppose to get warm today and rain again tonight and tomorrow. It is not warm yet!!! THEY are not always right. We have had a lot of rain(and we need it) in the last 4 months.
Above is me in my homemade cloths. Everything you can see is homemade. Tom and I were getting ready to go out to eat with my oldest son and his wife. Now I told you all that we don't go out to eat hardly ever, that is true. But when they come to see us we usually go out because my daughter-in law is allergic to my animals. So we can't spend any real time in my house. So we go out. That is the only time we go out to eat, when they come. The picture was taken about
7 or maybe 8 years ago.
The picture below was taken Tuesday. Another one of my beautiful Camellias!!! We are so lucky to live where they are so happy!!! The Camellia is not a small flower. The bush can get to be 20 feet tall and the flower is 5 to 8 inches across. They are impressive!!
I hope to see you tomorrow but if I don;t I will for sure Friday. Hope you have a good day. Till then, Bambi, Happy and Fern

  1. Good Morning Fern, Your sewing is beautiful - it's such a shame that you can no longer be as active with it as you would like.

    Have a great day.

    Hugs to all,
    Lynn

  2. Oh no. That's too bad your daughter-n-law can't enjoy your animals. One of our grandmas is little allergic to us too, but mom washes the heck out of us and the house so she can stay with us. Mom says she'd be really sad if she was allergic to animals.

  3. Oh! Enjoy your big night out to get yummers foodables. My momma is most envious that you can make your own clothing. She is lacking in something called patience.

I hope you are enjoying Mango Minster!

  9. Hi Fern

Thanks for stopping by our blog. Daisy loves her Nylabone, as she loves all her toys.

I love you vest, the blue is very pretty. As we are still stuck in winter, also love your flower pictures.
