Feeling less uncomfortable today

The organic food --- as much as we can find of it with out a WHOLE FOODS MARKET does make a difference in your body it really does!!  Not eating sweets!!!  Eating very little meat!!!  No white flour!!!
lots and lots of vegetables and fruit and whole grains makes such a big difference in everyone who changes their lifestyle to include these healthy things it seems like a miracle but it works!!!  It doesn't work over night but it will work for you if you are true to the plan!!!
I use to get hurt and hurt for months and months now it is only days!!! I highly recommend it!!!!

I am hurting

The weeks race by don't they????????

I am hurting again and I don't have a clue what happened to cause it.  Two days ago I woke up feeling normal then we walked and soon after that I started the body discomfort..... It has slowly gotten more uncomfortable as the time went by.  I am going to have to stop most everything----darn!!! 

I have this cervical spin that I have broken or cracked some vertebra's in years passed and every so often something cracks just a tiny bit more and end up being in pain for a while!!!!!  We have been to lots of doctors and there is nothing that we can afford to do for it so I just suffer for a while!!!  After time It passes.  I use to be in trouble sometimes for years but now that we are working so hard to be healthy the pain usually only lasts for days now.

Our predator killed again last night

The big bad Predator killed again last night.  I feel so sorry for the poor babies that have died from her mouth .!!! A possum last light at a little after 9:30Pm.  It was a full grown possum too. She is so quick!!!  It is over for those critters really fast.  Zoie doesn't mess around at all.  She kills fast!!!  That is one good thing!!!  
The mosquitoes here are so bad that we can't spend a lot of time outside in the day time--they eat US A LIVE!!!!  We have to get some walking in after dark to get any exercise at all hardly!!!

Possum's are really not as bad as people think they are, they just act like they are bad.  Most are not pretty either, poor babies!!!
The ticks are getting really bad now too.  I am getting at least one a day now!!!  How are the ticks in your neighborhood?????

Happy has gotten Senile

Happy is getting so senile!!!!!!  She is forgetting where her cat box is and doing her business on the floor, on the rug or any where she is at the time. I watch her like a hawk so I can grab her and run for the cat box but we usually don't make the box b/c she just lets go and she is making an even bigger mess!!  I think she needs to go to the bridge but Tom says NO !!!!  Just b/c she can not member where her food is or her cat box is no reason to put her down but it is me that is with her all day every day!!!
Making soup today!!

Happy Sunday-- cooking tomorrow!!!

Happy Sunday dear friends!!  I'll be cooking  tomorrow b/c today I forgot that I had something on the stove and about burned up the pot!!!!  I am forgetting more and more all the time.  So tomorrow when I am cooking I am staying in the kitchen and not forgetting what i am doing!!!!!!!!
