We will not have a Christmas tree!

Last year when the kittens were just 2 months and  2 weeks, old we didn't have a tree in the house!!!  They were wild Indians then!!!!  They are still pretty much wild Indians!!!!!  I have been told that Bengal cats stay pretty much wild Indians most of their lives!!  As long as they feel good that is!!
THEY FEEL  GOOD!!!!!!!!!  This poor house has really suffered!!
That is OK tho!!!  They are so so soooooooo loving and sweet to us.  Max will sit by the back door when it is time for Tom to come home from work and wait for him and I know that Tom will be home within 5 or 10 minutes!!!  He always is!!!! Max knows Tom is coming home, that  he is getting close.  Max is the only one who does that.

Today I am cooking soup and making critter food!!!  Yes I am a crazy old lady!!!!   LOL
Love coming your way, Circle, Allie, Max and Fern

  1. I think it's a good decision, some kitties are really like wild indians :o) Morris, the cat of my auntie still removes all baubles of the tree, he is 8 now :o)

  3. With or Without a tree... Christmas will be wonderful in your home... filled with those super thingys you always cooker up. THAT is MORE important than a tree.

  6. I don't blame you Fern, So far Gracie leaves stuff alone... but if she didn't, there would be no decorations! Kitties are better than a tree any day!

  8. It's okay not to have a tree. If you have active kitties, who put yourself thru extra work in repairing it every day. Your babies are adorable.

  9. You're not crazy, Fern, you're loving. I'm not having a tree this year either. I won't be home enough to enjoy it.

  11. Sometimes not having a tree is easier. They are a lot of work and so are the kitties! Maybe a little table plant/tree could be a good substitute :-)

  12. We had to switch to a table top tree due to the pups. I guess that wouldn't help with cats though!

  19. No tree at our house last year or this one. Last year Georgia and Adam were 3 months old and were all over everything. They are just over a year old now but our new kitten, Gloria, is about six months. Our three little wild indians are all the fun we need. Maybe next year I'll come up with a special tree.
