Next Wednesday it will be 3 weeks

We had a very good Thanksgiving!!!!!!  It was just Tom and I and the cat and dog!!!  Tom worked on Friday!!!

My G-daughter called from Vegas.  She had gone to be with her boy-friend so she wasn't alone.  They were having a good time with friends at his home.

My oldest son called.  He and his wife were at her family's home for the week-end. So all had a wonderful time for Thanksgiving!!!  I called my youngest son but got no answer so I don't know what he was doing!!
That is not new!!! I usually hear from him after the fact!!

Zoie is working out so very well.  She is a wonderful girl and just right for me with one exception !!!!!!!!!!!  I am too old for her!!  I can't keep going and walking all day long and that is what she wants to do!!!!   That is all she wants to do  WALK & WALK & WALK & WALK.   Like I have nothing else to do all day long everyday!!!!!!  I am doing my best and she is trying to let me do other things like cook ect!!!   LOL

Love coming your way,  Zoie & Fern

  1. Zoie will get used to your schedule in time and will ease up on the need for walking so much. I'm glad she's working out, Fern!

  2. Hi Fern, it'll take a little bit of time for Zoie to get used to a new schedule, gradually reduce the amount of time that you spend walking her and she'll get used to things. I hope that Happy is happy.

  3. Glad you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you and Zoie are getting along well!

  4. So happy you are happy!
We've been sick here, feeling a little better today...might have snow overnight!
    Hugs Girlfriend!

  5. Hi Fern and Zoie, we love the first photo of Zoie running. Don't worry, she will slow down eventually. Does Zoie like to chase a ball. You could sit outside and throw while she ran. Might need lots of tennis balls though if she won't give them back hehehe. We're glad you had a great thanksgiving. No worries, and love, Rory and Stella

  6. I'm so glad things are working out with Zoie. I suspect she will calm down a bit when she is really settled.

  7. Zoie is such a beauty! She'll adjust to your pace, Fern. We're sure she loves you as much as you love her!

    Love ya lots
    Maggie and Mitch

  8. Zoie looks so happy, and you sound so happy...a good combination!

  9. Fern
Zoie will adjust to your schedule and you just do what you can. I am glad that she is working out for you.

  10. Zoei will adjust to your schedule. If she plays catch, you could get her to work off her energy that way.

  11. I'm so glad Zoei is working out for you. She'll slow down eventually - we all do!

  12. I am glad to hear that you all had a nice Thanksgiving. Maybe you could set up playdates for her so that you don't wear yourself out to much?
