Bambi and Happy

Good Morning.... Are morning walk is over and we had a nice big breakfast. Bambi loves to eat a big breakfast!! If I am up late and try to sleep late she will wake me up.... She says it is time to get up and have breakfast and take a walk!!! No sleeping in~~~~ lets goooo!!!!! That is the fun of having a dog that feels good!!!

Happy cat is really showing her age to us. When you look at her, in less she is walking, you can't see her age.... But to us she shows her body uncomfortableness.. She has a right to her pain, she is 17 or 19 years old. How old is that in cat years????

I am cooking everything that Bambi eats now a days. I am going forward as if I damaged her kidneys. She is on the kidney diet. As Sue from Maggie and Mitch says you do a lot of cooking for her!!! I would do anything for my animals!!!!
The pictures are from my files. They're not new. You probably have seen them before. Sorry, I haven't taken any new pictures in a while.
Hope you have a good day!!!
Love is coming your way, Happy, Bambi & Fern

  3. My cat lived to a wonderful 22 years of age and the vet just laughed when I asked him how many years is that really for cats? He had no idea. Have a great day, Mistaya's M.O.M.

  5. We're the alarm clocks in this house. Got to get out and patrol for cats. Then we have breakfast when we get back....it's just a dog biscuit.

Hope your garden is growing well.

  6. We are sure Happy might enjoy a little home cooking too! What a good mum you are to your babies. Did you google the issue of raisins and dogs. Maybe that will put your mind to rest. Did you ever give her a lot at one time?

  7. P.S. As the article says, vomiting and diarrhea are the first symptoms and develop within a few hours of ingestion. Other signs are weakness, drinking alot of water and not eating. Acute renal failure develops within 48 hours of ingestion (of the raisins).

  11. Hi Fern

My guys love to be up early for a walk too. I am sure Bambi is loving your home cooking, but I agree with others that if the raisins were going to hurt her she would be showing symptoms by now. Hope you have a great weekend.
