I have to take a little brake again....

I get on the computer and I will over do every time!!!  I love your company so much I over do!!!  I wish I could touch base with you all everyday!!!!  I think of you everyday!!  

Look at those two kittens!!  In a couple of days they will be 10 months old!!!  You would think they should be growing up in maturity some by now!!!!!!   NO----- STILL JUST BIG KITTENS----- LOOK OUT!!!

I have a question ???

I have a question--- do your animals follow you in the bathroom???   Mine do!!!!
When I was little and we had animals they never followed anyone to the bathroom.  As an adult all my animals have followed me into the bathroom. They never follow Tom in....  Burce, Joker, Amanda, Bambi and Zoie all did.  All my cats have done the same thing.  When I have had a dog and a cat then I had two in the bathroom with me.  Now a days I have 3 in the bathroom with me.  Does this happen to you??????????

I have the best Friends

Thank you for the sweet things you said to me!!!  I have the best friends!!
I said in my last post that my mind is so far from what it use to be!!!  That is so true!  I have days that I am dumb as dirt!! I use to be pretty smart for the kid they called dumb in school!!!  I worked  many gas stations for 25 years and was the reason they were successful.  I never dew a salary and never paid SS taxes in my name b/c it was not required.  I was told by my first husband I was not important.  I had been told that all my life until Tom came into my life, so I had no reason to doubt it. My first husband was physically and mentally abusive.
I really didn't know how important to the business I was until Tom came to work for me.  He pointed out to me all I did and how little the first husband was doing even tho he was running one station and I was running the other-- the busy one!
Back then I did so much math b/c I kept the books for both stations. Another thing I did was make my own clothes for years I did that.
Now I can not do either!!  My mind is going!!!!!!

Picture # 1 is me with Amanda, I got her when she was 4 and a half years old.....
Photo #2 is some of our tomatoes that got hurt some last night with a storm we had-- I think they will recover.
Photo # 3 is to show you I made soup today-- the week-end is coming.
Photo # 4 is just some of our hydrangeas that are in bloom now.
Photo # 5 is the kittens when we first got them at 2 weeks old!!
Photo # 6 is me at 77.7 years old--- I told you my mind is going, well last post I said 77.6-- I was wrong!!!!!!!

Was Ok at it back then~~~~~ but now

There was 30 years between these two pictures!!! The first picture was taken with Joker and the second with Zoie. I miss my young life!!  Is there anyone out there that reads my blog as old as I am????  I wish someone would have told me about life after 70...............  My Mother could have and my grandmother --my Dads mom could have told me but no one did...
I was a different person when I was at 47 then I am at 77.6 years old!!
In some ways I am healthier then I was then.  But my mind is for sure not the same.
Tell me about how different you are then you were 30 years ago if you don't mind.

We are heading for a HOT week-end

Happy week-end dear Friends!!!
It has been so hot!!!  Thank the Lord for our AC!!!  I have a bunch of Hummers this year, but I can not get a photo of them in numbers at the feeder!!!  They are so quick and I don't have a quick shutter on the camera.
I thought I would put the Angel Quilt on since I have not put it on lately.
We had a small amount of lettuce this year and I took a picture of it and forgot to show it to you so here it is.
Circle up there in her mom's chair.  She lays on my chair all the time!
Then Dad playing with the kittens.  Every night we De-flea all 3 cats and after Tom plays with them for about 10 to 15 minutes....  They look forward to that every night!!

Having trouble with eye strain

I can not see again!!!  I have spent too much time on the computer and need to rest my eyes.  One day we will get me new glasses and maybe that will help!!  I went on tonight to thank you all for your sweet words to Tom and me!!  It has been a wonderful anniversary this year.  I really don't know where the times gos!!!  31 years really flew by!!!   it has been a wonderful marriage!!!  I wish everybody had their soul-mate!!  It makes life so good!!!
Thank-you so much for your congratulatioms, it has been a wonderful 31 years and we both would do it again in a minute!!!

Today is our 31st Annniversary!!!

My sweet husband called me a little while ago and said he would do it all all over again in a minute!!!!!   I told him I would too!!!   I love this man with all my heart!!!  That is my wedding dress up there.  I bought it at a second hand store........  It looked new and I thought it was prefect for the day!!!  I have worn it a few other times since but we don't go to many places to wear that but it looks just as good as it did then and I could wear it tonight for our left over chicken,, dinner tonight!!!!   LOL   Maybe I will!!  I'll bet I would fit in it just fine and you know what Tom could fit in his suit too!!!  Pretty good after 31 years!!

Happy wordless Wednesday

Wednesday is here and it was just Sunday yesterday!!!  I said Circle was over a year old and she is, she is actually 14 months old!!!!  The kittens are now 9 months old. 
I am not doing very good at the wordless Wednesday. am I?????????  I'll shout up!!

Happy Week-end!!! looks like rain

We have had it so very wet now for it seems like a long time!!!  But when it is dry again and it will be-----we will wish it would rain!!!!!!!!!  That is not today tho!!! 
Gees it looks like Circle is getting fat!!!   She is too!!!  She has got to get off kitten food b/c she really is over a year old now!!!  Where does the time go????

The cats have had a fun time today..   Their Dad is home today!!!  YAY 
Dad could take the pictures!!!  So the cats preformed for Dad!!!  Fun fun fun~~~~~~~~
We have a very wet 4 th so far.  It has rained everyday for days!!!  We have gotten over a inch everyday for days!!!
If it had been a nice day we would have gotten out but since it isn't we are just enjoying the cats and each other. A very nice restful day!!!

Making soup for Tom and I and making critter food for Frankie

Blogger does not want to  load any pictures at this time so I"ll try again later.
It is hot now but I still make soup every week at least once.  It takes a bunch of my time and it isn't the easiest thing I could do with my time.  I have Roy Orbison with me singing to me every time I make soup and critter food,  so except for the heat, it isn't awful.  The soup is so good for you and if you have some cold in the refrigerator it only takes a minute to warm up in the microwave and you have a healthy and non fattening snack.  My soups are so good too!!!  Today's soup is chick-peas, purple skin potatoes with the skin left on, garlic, celery--lots of that, oregano-- lots of that, fresh tomatoes,  egg plant, red onions  and tomato sauce with lots of other herbs.  So good!!!
 The critter food is make from any eatable foods that has been discarded durning the week + gray left in the pan dinner was cooked in and white rice. Also it is made from stuff that would be thrown out. Sometimes this probably doesn't taste all that great but sometimes it is pretty good  no matter it gets eaten by some one every single night.
