Things are back to normal

Yes,,, dear friends, this house is back to cats running here and there and knocking stuff to the floor, spilling stuff, and braking stuff!!!! Back to normal!!!   Circle has stopped hissing at then and is now back to being MOTHER or play mate!!
I need help from my cat people friends.  We NEED something that gives then hours of play without playing with our stuff--without playing with THE HOUSE!!  All and any suggestions will be very much appreciated!!!!

Hope you have a good week-end!!
Love coming your way,  Circle, Allie, Max & Fern

  2. Although we have a kitty, she is old and doesn't get up to any mischief. I'll have to leave this up to the others. I am going to check back though, because I want to see the recommendations.

  3. They look wonderful! fern, as Austin is an indoor/outdoor cat, his play inside is not so much. However he does love DaBird and a few times swishing that around and he is exhausted! Not sure if the kitties will get quite so exhausted though!!

  4. Hi Fern, have you an old plastic bottle with a lid (maybe a milk or coke bottle) and then put a plastic peg in it and screw the top back on. This will make a rattle noise and they might push/chase it around the floor. Hope it works. Enjoy your weekend. No worries, and love, Carol (and Stella and Rory)

  5. Our mom has lots of yarn. Will tossing yarn balls on the floor keep them busy, Fern?

    Love ya lots,

  6. When mine were little, I spent time with a toy on a wand (like DaBird). That kept them occupied for quite a while. Balls to bat around, boxes to hide in, anything with catnip.

  7. Glad things are back to normal. We wish we had some entertainment suggestions but can't think of anything that would keep them that busy!

  8. There are many things. Paper bags, boxes for them to try to climb into... a laser pointer for them to chase... there is this round plastic doughnut looking ring with a ball inside- the cat swats the ball and it goes around and around it keeps the cat entertained for a bit. A mouse that runs on battery. Basically anything that moves! And cat nip, oh my. Grow some indoor grass. get tiny mousies or toys filled with cat nip!

  9. Tie a big elastic bank to a ball of yarn and dangle it from something.

  10. Ha, good luck with that. There are all sorts of cat toys, a tunnel, cubes, etc all over our house. The kittens have daBird, laser pointer, boxes and yarn but they still like playing with our stuff more. Kittens are curious and "off limits" is much more exciting than all the toys.
