Hummingbirds

Thank you dear friends for your friendship!!  Thank-you so much for your comments!!!  I treasure each one of you all!!!  I love you all!!!
This year we got warm weather early and mosquitoes and ticks followed.  Were where the hummingbirds ????   They help with the mosquitoes at least.  They have finally made it here.  The Hummers are back!!!
I love these little mighty birds!!!   I love to watch then!!!  I love that they do make a difference with the amount of mosquitoes we have to fight off!!  They are worth the work they make me!!!
Zoie is a dog and dogs love to chew on sticks!!!  She is not a bad chewer tho!!!!  She is a very good girl and I love her so very much!!!

Love coming your way,  Zoie & Fern

  1. Hi Fern, we recently put up new feeders and we've seen a few of the little fellas around. It's still only about 55 degrees up here but the hummingbirds are a hardy lot and they don't seem to mind the rain and coolish temperatures.

  2. MOM feed the hummingbirds also. Plus we have all the natural stuff they like.
Zoie and I are a like. I LOVE sticks. small or big, I like even if it is a whole fallen tree, it's still a stick to me.
    Blessings,
    Goose

  7. My MIL is eagerly awaiting their return to our area. We are deep enough in the woods we rarely see them at the house.

  8. I had no idea that hummingbirds ate misquitoes either. Learn something new again today. I love those little hummers too, but they won't be here for another month probably. They love one hanging basket that is kept outside by the kitchebn window.,

We don't really have many of those mosquitoes here where we are in Collie-rado. My mom LUVS it!
