Hi blog friends,
Friends on the Internet are my only friends. Oh of course I have Tom. But he is at work all day long. The location of our land is a factor too. I live in the woods!! No close neighbors. The critters are my friends!! The coons, well the older ones know that Bambi and Happy are friends too!! They are not afraid of them at all. The babies freak out at the sight of me and Bambi though. Yes we have babies!!! No pictures for a while. They have to get use to me out there with them, then I can get a picture. So soon as I get one you all will know!!!

    Hi Fern and friends, I so understand the friendship problem-when we moved to our new home state I knew no one other than my girls. Being retired makes it difficult to cultivate friendshps as well. Now that I have blogging friends I am definitely more content. Miss my closest friends in our old state though.

    Hi Fern - Love those hummers - we have three that regularly come to our feeder - I love to watch them and they've become quite tame. Glad you have your critters to keep you company - take care -

    Hi Fern! How are you doing? I love your pictures and I also thought the butterfly quilt was beautiful in the previous post and your family pictures are nice too! WHEW!
    I have been working a lot lately so I'm a little behind in blogging with my friends and playing catch up! I think of you though with my "WIPE MY PAWS" sign I hung up on the door before people walk in! LOL

    Hello Fern....Thank you for adding me as a Facebook friend! It will be nice to communicate in one more way with you! I am sorry I've been out of commission lately but I've had my computer at "Doctor" Staples for awhile b/c I've had problems loading my computer and I found that I have over 300 viruses! My computer has been a sick "puppy" and I won't get "him" back for a few more days...or it may not be til next week but I have my fiance's computer to keep me company but I have to share it with him, of course, which makes for slower than usual blogging! I hope you know you are in my thoughts always!
    P.S. Are you going to send your pup's picture to me via email for Frankie Furter's bachelor pawty? If you haven't met Frankie the dachshund he is @ http://frankiefurterprice.blogspot.com....he is marrying 2 dachshund girls (talk about polygamy, right?) in August!

    I just love hummingbirds! It would be great to have a fast enough shutter speed so their wings aren't blurred when I take a picture.
