Photos on Thursday

Hi Friends !!!!    I am going to try and see if this old girl wants to load some pictures for you today....

This was taken back in the spring and I do not remember showing you the blooms from our Japanese magnolia tree...

This was a purse I made back in the day when I was sewing most everyday!!!!  I can not see well enough now a days to sew with out help so I don't sew any more I Blog instead....  lol

That was a wall hanging that is on my wall and has been for years.  On the quilt is a squash but it looks like a pumpkin and it really isn't.  It is a squash and it tasted wonderful!!!! Tom was given this squash by a customer that grew it!!!  We don't know what kind it is???????????

This is Happy and she was our cat that we lost just 10 days after losing Zoie!!!!  She lived to be 21 or 22 years old.  She came to us one day when she was 4 or 5 years old so the vet said!!!!!
She was a very nice cat but she had demons poor baby.  She loved us very much but she couldn't even sit on our laps!!! She wanted to but her demons would not let her......

Words on Wednesday

My dog Circle!!! This girl is so much like a dog!!!! She is no more then 2 feet from me 24 hours a day~~~~~ See her circles on her paws??? She helps me everyday not want another dog b/c I have one

She is my other dog like cat!!!  She is not far from me except when it is nap time too!!!  Then she has her special places she sleeps and that is where she is but  Circle will sleep near me no matter what she has to sleep on~~~~~~~~

Memories on Monday

Good Morning!!   I guess this old girl-(the computer ) is going to have to go to the repair shop b/c she will not load any pictures today again.  I had taken some new ones of Frankie the other day and I was going show you them and some old ones of the coons of years past!!!
Tell you about Frankie.  Darn!!!!!

Well this one came up and I didn't even ask for this one!!  LOL   It is from the past tho!!!
Years and years ago!!! This is my Number one favorite rose I had in the rose garden!!! I worked 365 days a year in the rose garden 20 + years ago.  I had my rose garden for over 10 years.  When I gave the roses away I was a sick girl- from working so hard in that garden and spraying them every week!!!

Zoie!!!  Such a pretty girl and so very loving.  In September she will have been gone for 2 years..........
I still cry for her often!!!

I am listening to Roy Orbison as I type this to you!!! He is singing a song written by his oldest son.
The name is "the only one" so good!!!!  Roy Orbison is my favorite singer--- ever!!!

Finally the coons from years ago!!!  Mary is on the left and her son Jake on the right. Did you know if you call then by there name a couple of times, they will learn their name?????? Yes they are very very smart animals!!!! 
There is the picture I took of Frankie the other night --- up on top of the one of coons years ago!!
Frankie has endeared herself to Tom!!!!!!  She is the first and only one to ever do that!!!!
She comes on our back patio at 6 or 7 PM and wants to be feed and Tom will often now go out and feed her now!!!!!  He NEVER did that before!!!!!!  Tom has seen her as a smart girl!!!  She is very sweet and almost loving!!!
People say don't feed the coons but when I moved here 41+ years ago my southern neighbor  was feeding them!!  He said they were special animals-- I was afraid of them back then!!!!
When he moved away they came over here and it took me a long time to trust them and to get to know them!!!!  They kept showing me they were good animals-- smart one too.  My relationship with the coons has been 41years + now and I really KNOW them!!!!!

the week-end is here!

Allie and her track!!!  it is her's!!!  she loves it so much!!   her Bangle cat brother  ( that is what they are Bangle cats) will play with it for all of 2 minutes!!  then he is done --for days!!!  Not Allie she will play with it every day!!!
it is the week-end tomorrow and you know how I love our week-ends b/c Tom is home and we get to play with each other.  LOL  happy week-end to you all and IF you can- take time to play some!!!!!

My Doctor's visit

Today Tom took me to see my thyroid doctor today.  He has been my doctor since 92.
B/c money is a big deal to us he is now my only doctor.  He likes me, so he treats my blood pressure too.
He treats my whole body.  Today I was 13 pounds less then last year!!!!   My blood pressure was 121/69 !!!  An excellent blood pressure for a 78.7 year old........   My thyroid was so good that I will be taking a lower dose for the next year!! He was very impressed with everything with me...........
 Tom and I were very pleased with my visit~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The photo is Allie playing with her track!!!  Of the 3 cats she loves it the most!!!!   Circle likes it too but she doesn't spend the time Allie does playing with it.  Allie will take the ball out of the track and then we spend 2 or 3 days trying to find the ball!!!  That is what is going on now.  Last night she took the ball out of the track and now Circle and are looking for it!!!!! It is not easy to get that ball out of the track but she can do it when ever she wants!!!    LOL

Mondays memories

I tried for over an hour to load pictures and no deal!!!  It just sits here and loads and loads and loads and then after an hour it says it can not load pictures!!!!  It doesn't say why ????   It just says it can not!!!

We go to the doctors on Wednesday to see how the blood test was.  The cost of the blood test has gone way up and the doctors bill will be higher then last year and it was up last year!!!
Everything gos up in cost but our income never gos up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really do not know how people live the way they do now a days.  I see all the new cars driving around.  We could never afford a new car!!!  I don't know how people can buy new houses and cars?????????????????  Everything cost so much!!!!  Of course we don't have a house payment or a car payment if we did we wouldn't eat much!!!!

Anyway,  I 'll be back to tell you how things went at the doctors on Wednesday!!
