Monday - Memorial Day l

Tom stayed home today to cut the grass for the first time this year and Boy did it need cutting!!!!
We are suppose to get rain this late afternoon from the storm coming at us.  GEES I hope we get some rain we need it so badly!!!

Happy Friday Friends!!!   Isn't this just the cutest picture??  I wish I had taken it!  I could have when Bambi was here in her last 5 or 6 years of her life.  B/c the coons were not afraid of her at all.  She really didn't pay any attention to them at all and they didn't pay any attention to her!!   What does that picture say to you????????????  To me it says I'M HUNGRY MOM......................  so cute!

Frankie is the Mayor of Blogville and today we are honoring him for being our MAYOR !!!!  Thank-you Frankie for being such a wonderful friend and our Mayor of Blogville!!!  You are the best we could have ever!!!

The garden -- things are growing

It is no wonder the grass has not been cut!!!!!  Things are growing like weeds around here  and the foodables have to be cared for,, they are so much more important!!  The tomatoes are coming to our table!!!  So happy about that!!!  The first ones tastes SOOO GOOD!!!!!   Oh happy day!!!
We love those HOT peppers too!!!!
We are still getting strawberries EVERYDAY TOO 25 to 35 a day!!!

Things are growing like weeds around here

Yes Yes Yes-- things are growing like weeds around here.   It is getting hard to keep up with everything!!!!!
In fact -- we are not keeping up.  The grass has not been cut this year yet and here it is May the 18th!!!!
Life would be easier with money I think-- what do you think????

The food garden is also almost ready to feed us and I can't hardly wait!!! I have spent a hour trying to load pictures of the garden and I just don't have that kind of time to spend and they WOULD NOT load today!!!  Sorry!!
Hope you have a wonderful week-end we will have a great one b/c we will be together.  Happy, Zoie, Tom and Fern all together just were we want to be!!!!!
