Bambi

Isn't she pretty!!!! I love that girl so much!!!!!!! See her bobo on her right foot. She has a bandage on her foot. She went to the vets last Monday and the vet drained some of her little lumps that were in between her toes. They were making her limp when we walked. She gos back to the vets this afternoon late to see how they are doing. I can tell you without the bandage off b/c she is not limping!!! The lumps are not back yet!! YEY For those of you who do not know I am cooking everything she is eating except for her treats that don't have to be cooked. Her treats are bananas, apples, pineapple, pears, peaches, what ever fruit we are eating!
She LOVES her new diet and it is doing her a lot of good!!!
We have had some rain finally!!! Still hot and steamy!! The rain helps tho!!
Love coming your way, Bambi & Fern

  1. We hope Bambi gets a good report at the Vet and she will - you know yourself that if she seems better, then she probably is.

  5. Poor Bambi. A hurty foot is just so uncomfortable! Did the vet say what he thought caused it? It would be good to know so you can help Bambi avoid contact with whatever it is. Give Bambi hugs and kisses from us, We're purring for her....can she feel the vibrations?

  13. Hi Fern! I'm so glad you found me and stopped in to say hello! What a SWEET note you left for me my friend.

My father is the one who named me. He loved the name Rebekah from the Bible and told my mother that if he ever had another daughter (I have an older sister who is named Faith)he wanted to name her Rebecca. So...that is how I got my name! It was a BIG name for me when I was little and for years I went by "Becky". But, when I started my business many years ago I had Rebecca on my business cards. That was all it took...eventually more and more people began calling me that. So...now when I hear "Becky" I KNOW immediately it is someone from wayyyyy back!

I am so glad to read your sweet doggie is getting better. We have a 4lb Yorkie who is QUEEN BEE of our home. She is high maintenance but I adore her.

I hope you will visit me again, Fern. What a joy to have you stop to say hello!

    Love to you~Rebecca

  16. Hello and thanks for having me. Poor baby, I hate when they get ills or booboo's. We have a house full of critters who, of faith, have not been ill. They have a few allergies but we control those. Otherwise, they've been blessed as they bless us. I hope you'll stop by for a hello. Take care. Tazzy

  17. Oooh, we know how much trouble ouchies in the foot area are. Not me. Mine are fine right now, but Blog Mom's been limping since the Spring, which is a drag for us all. I'm so glad that Bambi is better and I hope those ouchies stay away.

  18. I'm glad to hear Bambi is doing better. I cook for Indy, too. An assortment of goodies as recommended on Dr. Michael Fox's website. He's SO much healthier since I got rid of the kibble!

  19. Fern...Oh my goodness! Of course we can be friends! I have tons of friends who buy from me and equally as many who don't! I've totally been where you are MANY MANY times in my life my friend. More than I can say! God has always provided for us and I know He always will! Even now I watch what I spend for as we grow older (and we are! We are!) you never know when the steady income might change!

    Blessings to you...friend! Rebecca
