No rain in over 2 weeks!!! We are working hard to keep the garden going!!!!! The garden has slowed down but we are still eating tomatoes and peppers and herbs from the garden every day!!! This weather is so hard on everybody. The coons sit in their water a lot!!
Have a good week end!
Love coming your way, Bambi & Fern
This morning it is raining here and is 64 degrees - I had to put on a sweater!! It feels like Fall already, but I'm sure there are some hot days ahead. Hope it cools down for you too.

Greetings dear Fern, We've also had the heat in the high 90's but get thunder/rain in the afternoon-thankfully our Reggie doesn't here the thunder anymore. I'm thankful we are having some summer weather though.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend dear friend.
Hugs, Noreen & Reggie-dog
That heat and humidity just zaps your energy. The coons have the right idea! We love seeing their photos.
ReplyDeleteKeep cool.

I hope you get some relief soon. And rain. I'm not fond of rain myself, but I know that plants need it. It went down to the mid or low 80's today. Everyone had so much more energy! It was wonderful. We're supposed to have at least a few more cool days before it starts going up again. This summer has not been my favorite when it comes to weather.

Stay well!

It's hot here, too, Fern. No rain either. But that's typical for us from now all the way through September. Fall will bring us rain.

Whoopee I hope some of it comes your way.
Hot returning next week.

The coons have the right idea, poor babies, No air conditioning for them even on the hottest of days. We bet they are grateful for the cool water. We put on our misters on in the late afternoon/early evening for the little hummingbirds. They just enjoy it so! We've been having 100F-103F here. This is cool for us, can you believe it!
