The amaryllis are in full bloom!!!! In Florida they are planted in the ground and come up every year all on their own!!! They are a very good buy!!! Ours are 20 years old!!
We bought one strawberry plant 3 years ago and have had a lot of strawberries every since. We now have 220 plants that all came from that one berry. 200 of our berries are now planted in the ground. Tom planted them last year. We were afraid that the critters would eat them all like they eat our pecans. But people we have more berries then they can eat!!! I am bringing in 20 to 30 berries everyday!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh I see a lot that have been eaten by our critters but we still have plenty for ourselves!! YA YA YA!!!
They are sooo good soo good!!!!!
Love coming your way, Zoie & Fern

Hi Fern, local strawberries are still at least 2 months away up here. We're still eating the tasteless stuff from California. They smell okay but they're all white inside the berry. Anyways it's cool but sunny up here. Around 45 degrees but it'll cloud over later today and then it'll rain :(
ReplyDeleteYour amaryllis is just beautiful, Fern! We can't leave our bulbs in the ground or they'd never bloom again.
ReplyDeleteYour strawberries look so yummy!
Love ya lots,
Mitch
