Very Good Advice !!!!

Hi dear Blog friends, very good advice you all gave me!! I am going to try the NO thing holding my arms across my breast. She thinks they are nice chews!!! Then I'll go on to the can thing!!! When Bruce was a puppy I would put a ball in his mouth every time he got near me !!!! All his life when he saw me after being apart he would quick find a ball when he came to greet me!!! It was so cute!! Bambi was a puppy too but she was so smart all I had to do was tell her No one time and she never did it again!! . She was so special!!!
I am making egg plant and spinach soup today. It has tomatoes and kidney beans, onions, and all the good herbs we grow in it and some millet for filler oh and a couple of hot peppers too!!! It is going to be so good!!! The only thing we had to buy was the millet, kidney beans and the spinach. Our spinach left some time ago--- too too HOT!!!!!
It has been a awful hot and dry summer!!! I am so tired!!!!
Thanks again for your very good advice friends!!!
Love coming your way, Tinker & Fern

  1. Hi Fern, I'm sure that with time, Tinker will develop a unique habit or trait that will endear her to you as Bruce and Bambi have. I suppose it's a period of learning for Tinker about what's acceptable and what is not. Soup sounds good Fern.

  2. Good luck with the arm folding! My Whisky is probably very much like your Bambi. She never gave me any trouble. I'm sure Tinker will learn fast enough. Are you going to share your eggplant soup with her? ;)

  13. Hi Fern
You just pack a lunch of what Tinker may eat if she was going to school. She could have a bunch of veggies or a bowl of your soup or a yummy sandwich. She wont really eat it though. You can just take a picture of the food with a paper sack with tinkers name on it and that would do. Some dogs have sandwiches, some veggies, some fruit and some dog food items. Like I said it can be people food, she wont really eat it, just be creative. Hope this helps

  15. I know what you mean--Sage has taken quite a while to settle down to a dull roar, but I know when she's bored now and in need of some exercise. That's when the ball comes out!

Your soup sounds delicious! Hopefully your heat will abate soon.
