Hi Friends, I tried to get to some of you today and I kept getting the error page! Yesterday I made a big pot of soup. I usually do every Monday. Tuesday is cook for Bambi day. Today I cooked her buckwheat with herbs and Swiss Chard. I love this time of year b/c I have home grown herbs and vegetables to put in her buckwheat. Now for those of you who do not know I cook all of Bambi's food and buckwheat is a thing she loves and it is not wheat even tho it 's name is buckwheat it is not gluten. Oregano is in her food year- a- round. Oregano is very good for allergies!!!!!! If you have any you should be eating lots of oregano.
It did rain and a lot of the Japanese Magnolia blooms fell off but not all. Some are still on the tree b/c it didn't rain long or hard! The picture first on this blog is of oregano, I have 6 of those beautiful plants and they winter the cold really well if you keep them from freezing.I also cooked sweet potatoes and green beans for her and not all together, separate.
When I cook anything this is where Bambi is. She is the sweetest dog!!!! Please make your next dog a rescue dog. They know what you did for them!!Love coming your way, Bambi & Fern
Ah Bambi looks well on her diet and you cook it for her which is good. Glad the beautiful flowers didnt all get washed away.. Hugs GJ xx

Love how she lays down with her paws crossed!!! Just like a little lady :o) I agree, too ... rescue dogs are the greatest. All of our pups have been rescues and they do make the greatest pets. Bambi is lucky to have you :o)

Hi there Fern and Bambi, What a wonderful mom you are Fern and I too didn't realize that about Oregano-plus I always worry about what types of herbs my pups can eat. Glad you are showing signs of spring with that strawberry.

Bambi and Princess have so much in common. They were both adopted by us at 5 1/2 months of age and are loved by us so much!
