A very Serious Post today
This is Tally Town right now today!! Things are so ready to grow, to bloom and what does that cause?? ALLERGIES !! YES, allergies !!! It is allergy season here!!! What do you do for them??? If you suffer every year, I have your answer.
Oregano is your answer!! We should all be eating lots of Oregano but we can not eat enough to get rid of those allergies. So what do we do? We go to the Vitamin Shop or your favorite health foods store and you buy Oil of Oregano Leaf. Brand name Nature's Answer........ The best stuff is just under 30$$. The bottle has a dropper in the top of the bottle. You shake the bottle and drop 4 drops in a small amount of water and drink.
If you have lots of allergies you take those 4 drops 2 or 3 times a day . If you feel better after the first 4 drops then try just using just once a day. But you have to use once a day every day!!
Oregano has changed my life completely!!!! I hope if you need it it will help you as much as it has me!!!
Love coming your way!!!
xx, Bambi & Fern

Well not this is MOST interesting. I knew Oregano was good for people.. but did not know that it could help with allergies!!!
ReplyDeleteI have another suggestion. I purchased a Mavis steam inhaler last year and it works wonders. I will have to look into the oregano. Thanks Fern.
ReplyDeleteHugs to you and Bambi.
Or is it Mabis? I forget how to spell it. Anyway, you get the idea.
ReplyDeleteWe didn't know about oregano. Thanks, Fern! Your flowers are beautiful!

Hey Fern!
ReplyDeleteWow, I'll tell my dad about this. He has some allergy problems and loves using organic things instead of drugs. He got my mom into soy milk for her hot flashes!! She swears that is her life-saver! Thanks for this great tip.

We don't have allergies, thank goodness! But that is so interesting about Oregano. We grow it...think we should start eating more!!

The south always pops with color and I can hardly wait for spring to pop here in Oklahoma. Will keep the oregano in mind if my allergies ever wreak havoc on my spring!

We did not know about that. Thanks for the info, Fern.

Well, thank you so much for that advice. Our humans will try it and we might even see if Franklin would cooperate. His nose started running as soon as the snow went away. Doggies can be allergic, too.
ReplyDeleteI am so allergic to camellias and azaleas so it's a good thing I'm not there now!! But thanks for the "heads-up" on the oregano - I never knew that before.

ReplyDeleteYou know Fern I had forgotten all about oil of oregano...TY for the reminder!
ReplyDeleteInteresting! I'll have to give it a try when my big problems hit (around May). Thanks for spreading the word!!
ReplyDeleteI meant to respond to this post earlier - but my iPhone wouldn't let me for some reason! This is great advice, and I'm going to look for oil of oregano this weekend.
ReplyDeleteI have such trouble with allergies in the springtime, and it's a major problem since I like to play in the garden.
Thank you!
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Thanks for the great tip! We will add it to our shopping list as well!
ReplyDeleteHappy St. Patty's Day!
