Rain in November

Hi blogger's today the 4th day of November it has rained some and it is suppose to rain more.
I surely hope it does b//c we had 1 inch in September and 2 tenths of an inch in October---- period!!!! We desperately need rain!!!!! We could use several inches of rain!!! The garden has
suffered so much with the lack of rain!!! The tomatoes are just about done!! I brought in only 4 this AM.
I am surprised that I have been to blogs and told them of their a award and they haven't come to get it. Maybe there are not at home!!
I love you all my friends!!!

  2. Hey Fernie,

It's raining here today and has rained all night. Our roof leaks on our inside porch and Mom has dumped buckets of it out - she hates that job, but she loves to see it rain. Can you believe we have roses blooming in front of our house? And it's supposed to snow flurry and get down to 23 degrees on Friday night.

Our Sissy, Kat, is in FL and hopes to swim with the manatees today. We hope she can too.

    XOXO

  3. Even though we have had off and on heavy rain for the last several months, it is very dry here too. We love the sunshine, but we know it would be good to get some rain.

  11. We're getting rain, hail, and even a bit of snow here today. I'm glad it's too warm for the snow to stay!

We must have missed your award post! I'm sorry. Thanks for the award! We have a very hard time keeping up with the awards, so often we just say thank you and let it be at that.

  16. We need rain, too, Fern. In Colorado.

We've got a long comment for you ... all about the Worldwide Moment. We want to make sure everybuddy on our blog list is reminded .. and we hope others can share the word.

Grab some tea. Get comfortable. And read on. OK? (It's long. Sorry.)

OK. We're gonna admit. Straightaway. No bones about it. We're taking the easy peasy way out. We want to get around to EVERYONE on our blog roll to remind you about the Second Annual Worldwide Moment coming up on Sunday 14 Nov 10. Were you there last year? Do you remember? Or are you new to it this year? Wondering what that Countdown Clock is on blogs that you visit? Whatever. We want you and everyone you know to have a chance to participate in the Silent Minute, the Candle Lighting and the Shout Out! Come visit. We've got a new banner for you, HTML for an (accurate, now that the word UNTIL is in red) Countdown Clock and a link to figure out what time 11:00 PM GMT is in your neck of the woods.

So. You're getting this 'cause we've been friends in the blogging world and we want you to know.

Please forgive the "stock" comment, but we told Moma we've never done this before and we'll not do it again (at least until next year.)

Loads of wirey love and lots of encouragment to join in (and to pass the word)

  17. Hi Fern

Been raining here too for the last couple of days. Sorry to not get here sooner to thank you for award, my best friend from Kentucky has been here since Tuesday and I have not had too much internet time. Awards are fun, but I have decided to mostly say thank you and not pass them forward, too many things to do. But I appreciate you thinking of us. Hope you have a great weekend, I have 3 more days with my friend.

    Heidi
