Thank you all friends and animal lovers!!!!!!! I have broken in half!!! I am broken!!! She gave me more love in just our10 months and 2 weeks together then any other dog has done with one exception ----- Bruce. Zoie loved her life with me and I loved her just as much right back. I am trying to think of our good times!!!
Kim from Golden Ponds said some dogs were not meant to be here a long time and she was just one of those!! She was so happy!! She wanted to kiss me all the time. She would hug me with her neck and head many times a day!!! She was so loving!!!!!!!!!! She was a wonderful companion!!!

ReplyDeleteKim From Golden Pines was very wise to say that dogs aren't meant to be with us for a long time. Unfortunately, they don't live as long as humans do so we have to love them and appreciate them for the length of time we have with them. I am heartbroken for you and your husband and so sorry!

We all understand - we've been there in different ways, but the grief is the same. Kim is right, some pups are only here for a short time. Zoie didn't need much time to deliver her message of love to you. We are thinking of you and keeping you in our prayers.

ReplyDeleteOh, Miss Fern. We just heard abouts Zoie having to go to the Bridge. We just can't find the words to tell you how very sorry we are. Our hearts are broken, too. Please don't feel guilty. She was SOOOO loved and well cared for in your home. She had the Most Beautiful, happy 10 months of her life with you. All dogs should be as lucky as Zoie was.
