Container Gardening

Here is what I have been doing.... We are not finished yet by a long way.... In these containers are strawberries, oregano, thyme and basil.
The stuff the containers are sitting on is not permanent. Tom is making a structure for the plants to sit on.

Some of my amaryllis.

I have had another good day!! I hope you have as well!!! Seven days without any dizzy spells!!
Have a wonderful week end dear friends........
lots of love coming your way, Bambi & Fern

  2. Hey Fern,

Thanks for stopping by to check on Princess. She is so special to me and is doing great. I took her bandage off a while ago and she has already started scratching her stitches, so will have to wrap her up again.

Your amaryllis are goregous. Mine come up every year but never bloom :(

  3. Well, Fern, you are more industrious than I am, that's for sure! You could teach a class on container gardening and I would be your first pupil because I don't know too much about gardening and from your photos you look like you are a pro! You give your readers a step by step lesson on container gardening because there's more people out there who don't know how to do it than you'd ever imagine!

  5. I'm sure you'll get berries better than the ones in stores right now...they have no aroma or flavor.

  12. I think container gardening has become one of my favorite way to show off my plants. I am really into Hosta's and they look so beautiful in a container on the deck. I am glad to read that you are feeling better. I am anxious to see photos of the container when they are full and lush with color (or food!) Gail
