Bambi, a coon, Little Darlin bathing after a ear of corn

Hey blog friends. We had our rain on Tuesday!!! It rained an inch. So all the plants are happy.
Well, folks I went 3 days without a dizzy spell, then yesterday I had one again so I guess I'm
not over them yet!! I have been to many doctors and have been checked out for all kinds of reasons. There is one reason I have not been checked out for and that is inner ear problems.
I have an appointment for that but that is not for another month!!
Dr Tom thinks he knows and he is usually right. I will tell you all after we have been to the ear
Bambi up there is doing one thing she loves to do!!! Roll in the dirt!!!! Oh that is so fun she says!!!

We are not having 85 degrees everyday now but we have got up there a few days. Yesterday Mary came to see me for the first time this spring in the day time. The coons don't come in the day time except when it is warm and they can't sleep. A little later in the day a strange coon came but I didn't have my camera with me. So I can't show him to you.
You all seemed to enjoy my Little Darlin the other day so I thought I would show you another picture of him...
I have to make soup again today b/c we ate all I made on Monday. It was really good !!!!!
Love you all lots, Bambi, Happy & Fern

  1. Hi Fern, We love rolling on our back too- our Mom calls it "roaching". We especially love it if we can "roach" on an earthworm.

  2. Love the pics! Great one of the coon! Hope your day is going well! Enjoy your soup -- I wish I were there to have a bowl with you! Keep smiling!

  3. Hi Fern,

The little coon is sooo cute. I just have to get to the US to see them one day.Hope you have a great day and the dizzy spells go away for ever.

  4. Bambi sure looks happy rolling in the dirt!
We had a real downpour about an hour ago so all of the spring flowers are very happy!

    Love ya lots,
    Maggie and Mitch

  5. Dogs do love their roll in the dirt! What fun! Glad you got some rain. We're expecting strong storms so I moved my potted plants close up against the house and hopefully the hail won't break them all apart!

  6. Fern
I hope you find out what is causing the dizzy spells soon and yep, it might be the ears, they can do that!! jazzi loves to roll around too and the coons are so cute, I still cant believe that they come up to you, Guess they know that you love them so much

  7. You are lucky to get the coon up so close. I would love to see that.. Nice picure of your little kitty. Mum says dont forget the e mail. HUgs GJ xx

  8. We had a brief shower whilst the sun was out -

Mom grabbed the flashie beastie and sure enough, she got lukhky - there was a rainbow out there!

I'm going to post it on Saturday!

Hope you have a great Friday!

  10. Roll Bambi Girl!
Ferne, I received your sweet card today. Thank you so much for thinking of me. You certainly made me smile today!
Thanks what friends do for one another, huh?
Hope you've had a good day.
Hugs to you, Tom and critters,

  11. Roll, Roll, Roll - we all love the roll! The dirtier the better! That is one sweet looking racoon - we would help chase him off the property though - a fox comes through our garden and it makes us crazy!

Cute cat - didn't realise they eat corn too!

    Lots of licks
    Sally and Paddy

  12. Hi Fern and happy weekend. I do hope you are feeling ok and the inner ear thing doesn't get you down too much. I hope you find some relief soon,
    Madi and Mom
