Hey blog buddies!!! This is going down as the coldest winter on record so far. I'll bet it is the same for those of you who live on the east coast. We are almost to the end of February so I hope that will be the end of this cold. We are so ready to start to grow things!!!!!
Above is my sweet and very smart rescue dog Bambi. The picture was taken late last Oct. 09.
We were out for one of our walks on our 3 acres.
Below is Dottie. She is 2 years old in that picture. That was taken last summer. She usually comes with her four kids but, not that day. Last night she came to eat and she had a wounded leg. I hope she will be OK. She is not one of my coons that will let me touch her.
I hope you have a good day! I hope you are well. I am not feeling real well today.
Love you all lots, Bambi & Fern
Sorry you're not feeling well today!
ReplyDeleteI think some spring weather would help us all feel better!
Take care!
Hugs,
Kit
You are so lucky you can grow things so early. We can't plant anything up here in NH until later in May because we still get killing frosts then. We have a short growing season. One of my cats is really sick right now and the vet doesn't know what's wrong so it may be his time to go to heaven. He's 14 years old.
ReplyDeleteHope you get to feeling better soon! I've got an illness, too: it's called "Spring Fever!" but don't put away your long johns just yet. I have a terrible feeling (supported by local weather guys on t.v.) that winter isn't through with us yet! It's been the worst one I can remember in twenty years!

I hope both yourself and the coon are 100% very soon.
ReplyDeleteHi Fern we are sorry you aren't feeling well.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Ms K this cold weather is keeping you house bound so you are not able to get out for your routine walks around your property,

Hi Fern, I'm sorry you are under the weather-praying you are well soon. I think a bit of sunshine is just what we all need.
ReplyDeleteTake care so you can take care of all your critters.

Hi Fern
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by to visit us today. We hope you feel better soon. We had more snow today, so we feel you pain about the weather. The only good thing is that I got out of work early so finished cutting out the tree skirt that will be my next quilting project.
Give our love to your pets.
Heidi, Tucker and Daisy
We hope you are feeling better by now!

Hi Fern,
ReplyDeleteWe're sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Mom has hardly gotten us to bark park with all the work she's got right now. We'll try to remind her to get on the blog.
xoxo

Please rest and take good care of yourself. All of your critters need you in good health to take care of them!
ReplyDeleteHi Fern,
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping you are feeling better by now. I'm afraid the cold is around for a while longer.
