Tom and I have been doing lots and lots of inter-net searches on heeling a hernia!! TOM has tons of work to do to make his inter core stronger--- lots lots stronger or this will just keep happening to him, if he stays in business for himself!!!!! What would you do if you were him??????
Well
Most people would get out of business for them self----- BUT but what to do with ALL that equipment???? Sell it??? I know how that gos from when my first hubby and I left the gas station!!!
You can not get what you should be able to get for it so you keep it and you end up paying a ton of money storing it!!! A TON OF MONEY!!!
What to do??? Tom has to get his inter core STRONG!!!! That means we have to work very hard!!!!
We have started to walk for 45 minutes every night. Rain or shine--hot or cold!!! We will walk. Tom has started the exercises!!!!! Every day!! There are lots of herbs and seeds that can help too!!!
That first picture is a baby quilt top I made years ago for my grand-daughter's first child!! Turns out she doesn't want a child!!
OH WELL!!!
Love coming your way, Fern

we're sorry to hear that Tom is still hurting. When you're self-employed, you have to keep working or else you'll go hungry. So we're hopeful that Tom will heal enough soon to do some light to moderate work.
ReplyDeleteIt's sadly a hard thing to be self-employed, my dad has this problem too. I hope you can find a way to cover the pain and to treat the hernia. Herbs can be really great, hope there are some what will work. The quilt is an artpiece, that's for sure.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure she would still love the quilt - it is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI hope Tom and you can find a way through this. Walking sounds wonderful. Can he bring anyone on board to help him?

We're sending healing thoughts to Tom. It's no fun to have to work while feeling bad. It sounds like you are doing the right thing.
ReplyDeleteBeing self-employed is hard work. I hope the exercise and herbs will help Tom get better.
