Remember our lightening strike

I am sure you do remember our lightening strike---yes???    It took out our phone and computer and the DVR and my kitchen stove!!!!  
Well not long after that had happened our hot water tank started leaking and we had to have a new water heater!!!!!
We had had a 30 gallon tank and we never ran out of hot water but Tom being Tom got a 40 gallon one to replace our old one!!!  He installed it him self and he shouldn't have but he did!!  I think that is what made his hernia worse!!!   LIFE!!!   IT GET HARD at times!!!!!

Sonja had sent me a very nice fast computer that that old lightening took out!!!!!! Ever since I have been back on the old one Tom bought for me that was built in 98!!!  It is so SLOW!!!  it has been painful to use after a nice fast one!!!!!!!!   Tom and a friend have been looking for a new computer tower that will give me a new fast one again!!!!!!   They have found one and Sonja is going to send me a check so Tom can get it for me---- I don't know when but maybe in 2 or 3 weeks I will be on a new fast one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm glad Sonjy is so nice! And I cross all my paws that you can solve the computer problem. And an extra big hug to Tom, hope all goes well with this hernia.

    Be sure to have a surge power strip to plug your computer into, so it is not plugged in the wall. Those power strips protect your computer from things like lightning strikes and storms and if the power went off, it would not damage your computer. Sonja is so nice!

    That is so supersweet of Sonja! We know how heavy those hot water tanks are because our dad has changed one before too, Fern. We hope Tom can get some rest!
