I don't know if Tom will work on that day or not but I am going to make my special coleslaw any way.
You know we are being only healthy now and that gos for coleslaw as well --- no Mayo!!!!-----then HOW?????
I make a dressings with dates---- sunflowers seeds----- pumpkins seeds-----almond milk that does have a little sea salt only!!! it is so so so good and not fattening at all!!!
The cabbage part is just green cabbage, red cabbage and carrots.

Oh coleslaw... I think I come over and I bring my dad, he said the last time he got a real american coleslaw was 30 years ago. Have a wonderful Memorial Day!

Hi Fern, I am running so behind on blogging. My hubby took two extra days off for the holiday weekend and we spent it doing stuff around the house and in the yard.
