The tomatoes look oh so good. To answer your last question to me: YES I love tomatoes. I pick my own. Yep that's right. I go out to the garden with MOM and as she is picking stuff I pick my own. Sometimes MOM helps me and will pick a few and toss them to me. My favorites are cherry and grape tomatoes and peas. yummm yumm.

Hi Fern, it was sunny but cool last week but the rain and clouds have returned. It rained heavily yesterday, intermittent rain today and until this Thursday. We envy your garden, your tasty tomatoes and flavorful strawberries. We have to content with tart grape tomatoes from Mexico or California and tasteless strawberries from California. It's a wet Spring up here.
ReplyDeleteYUM!! Nothing like fresh tomatoes!!
ReplyDeleteMmmmmmmm....everything looks do yummy delish! I likes fresh produce...then again, I likes anything...hehehehe. Ya'll really does takes good cares of your garden.

Ohhhh...I love those chillis. We tried growing them but they just don't survive. We aren't sure why. :(
ReplyDeleteThose tomatoes and chillies look lovely! My mums don't have the greenest of fingers and hardly managed to get anything from their plants last year!
ReplyDeleteNothing better than fresh tomatoes. Our strawberry season is nearing an end and I will miss them so much. They have been really great this year. Love your garden and your priorities.
ReplyDeleteYummy fresh tomato's and strawberries. Mum loves to take small tomato's to work and eat like little apples.. Hugs GJ xx
ReplyDeleteOh Fern, You veges look so tasty. I just bought basil today(to die for) but didn't see any cilantro. Usually I'll have one tomato plant but not sure what I'll do this year-I think little Hunter would be hunting for sure.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day and enjoy your harvest.
Hugs, Noreen & Hunter
It must be so nice to harvest from your own garden! I've been posting lately about my failed attempts at growing potted colour and have to add herbs to that list too. I have one tiny struggling chilli bush which somehow has managed to survive for YEARS but every other foodable is pretty much dead. I love chillies! Oh for some green fingers!
ReplyDeleteOMG, we don't even have our tomato plants in the ground yet and you're eating ripe fruit! You sure have lush gardens, Miss Fern!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots,
Mitch and Molly
Thingys are lookin GRRRRRREAT... YUMMMMMMMMM
ReplyDeleteOh we can't wait for our garden to give us veggies!!!! You are lucky to have them now:) Who cares about the grass when you have tomatoes to eat!!!!
ReplyDeleteyour garden looks delightful!

ReplyDeleteI love your garden!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great garden, Fern! I love this time of year. Fresh fruit and vegetables are the BEST!
ReplyDeleteOMG, where do you live that you can have tomatoes ready on May 21??? I am soooooo jealous!! I don't think I had tomatoes that early even when I lived in California. And here, we can't even put them in the ground until late May/early June. I want to move wherever you are, LOL.
ReplyDeleteWow, tomatoes already, my mom person's mouth is watering. We just put our plants in the ground this weekend here in Michigan.

Looking good, Fern! There's nothing better than something fresh out of the garden.
