Yes poor Happy is not feeling good today, she is trying to pee and only a drop or two will come out!!
We are going to have to take her to the vets later today if he can work her in, that is.
She probably has an infection of the bletter -------- I can not spell it darn!!! My speller says it is wrong but all that it gives me is not right either. How do you spell Blatter ???? No not that -----Blater -----?????????
I brought in some really pretty tomatoes today from the garden!!! The garden would love some rain,
we haven't had any for too long !!!!!! We are 2 feet short on rain fall so far this year!!!! It was such a hot dry summer it was a challenge to garden!!
Love coming your way, Happy & Fern

I'm so sorry that Happy isn't feeling well--Let us know what the vet says, okay?
ReplyDeleteI'm not the best of spellers either, and often have a hard time finding the word I really want. The word you want this time is 'bladder.' But 'blatter' worked, and I knew just what you meant! :-)
It's bladder. :) I hope the vet is able to see Happy and gets her feeling good again real soon. Urinary tract infections are horrible (Cosmo had blockages before and had to be hospitalised).
ReplyDeleteWe've been having rain everyday (the monsoon season has arrived) which is a nice reprieve from the terribly hot weather we had.
Enjoy your tomatoes!
Poor Happy :(
ReplyDeleteStop on by for a visit

Hi Fern, it might be a good idea just to take Happy down to the vet rather than wait for the "call". That way if there's a break between patients, the receptionist can "sneak you" in between appointments Otherwise you (and Happy) would just be sitting at home waiting and hoping with Happy getting more and more uncomfortable. It's what we pushy Canadians do :) Of course if it's difficult for you to transport Happy, then it might be better to wait for tom to give you a lift to the vet. Hopefully, it's just a minor bladder infection. Let us know. Bye Fern.
ReplyDeleteHey Fern im so sorry to hear about Happy - I hope she starts to feel better soon and you can figure out what is wrong with her.
ReplyDeleteI had to give up the veggie garden here in Texas this summer we just couldn't keep anything alive with the drought and high temps.
keep us posted on happy
We knew exactly what you meant, Fern!
ReplyDeleteWe hope the vet fixes Happy's bladder problem and she's happy once again!
Love ya lots
Maggie and Mitch
