Morning Blogville Friends. Having trouble loading pictures today. I will try again. These are not my first choice but I'll take what I can get.
The picture of me wearing my Love vest (that is what I named it) that I put on my lost post I thought I would show the front here. The vest got some interest.
Then sweet Bambi in her chair. Bambi loved her chair and that is where she was in the day time until she got where she wouldn't get in her chair any more. Some people said get her a stool so she could get in and out of her chair. I did that. But she never got in her chair again. I think it hurt her to move her body the way she had to to get in or sleep in the chair so we got her some joint pills hoping that would make her more comfortable. The pills did help her a lot but she she still never got back in her chair so Tom took it to the shop for people to wait in.
The picture above that is our one and only pet now who is also very old. She is 18 to 20 years old and she takes Joint pills meant for a cat too!!
Summer starts tomorrow and we have had the HOTTEST spring on record and one of the dries.

Joint pills worked for Freddy too for a while. Then we tried laser treatments, and boy, that made a gigantic difference. Freddy started to play around and run around like a little puppy again. It made me wonder if he had been suffering from his joint pains that badly all that time. If your vet offers it, I would recommend it for the cat maybe. At my vet it is like 25 dollars per treatment, and that is a lot less than what I thought it was going to be. So worth it.

ReplyDeleteI hope you and Tom and Happy are managing ok in this horrible heat. I bet your tomato plants are loving it. My Dad starting harvesting his tomatoes last week. They are from his plants that have medium size tomatoes but they are good.

Hi Fern, nice pictures of your kids and your handiwork. You're quite talented. Yes, first day of summer but we're not sure what happened to our Spring. My dad got strawberries yesterday but they're not as sweet because it's been quite cool and cloudy out.

Hey Ferne!! I just talked with my Aunt who lives in Lakeland - she said it was 100 degrees down there today - it is cool here compared to that.
