Hey blog friends, I am back and nothing in this last 5 days has gone the way it was suppose to go!!!!
First Tom said he was going to make an appointment for me to get new glasses Wednesday. Tuesday I ask Tom what time my appointment was?? He said he had forgotten to make the appointment until that morning so it was on Friday now at 4 PM. So I wait some more!! Today we were there at 4 PM. They checked me all out. My eyes are in very good condition for my age. The only problem was the same one I have had all my life.... I can't see well !!!!
I was hoping to have new glasses by today. I don't have them !! They have to have them specially made so I will not get them for probably another week!!!
I didn't use the computer for the days ahead of my eye test b/c I have to use so much magnification to see the puter it causes a lot of eye strain. I didn't want my eyes to be tested while I had spent 4 or 5 hours a day on the computer everyday. I wanted to rest my eyes before the eye test. That was why I was away for you all!!! I had hoped to come back with new glasses but NO I have to wait until someone makes them!!
I have not been to my blog yet I just went straight to new post. I'll be answering comment tomorrow and there after. Thanks for your visits to my Blog!!!!! I really love you all and cherish your friendship.

Having older eyes is the pits! I always had such good eyesight. One day, I was trying to read a map and it just wasn't working anymore. A friend said, "here, try this" and handed me a pair of reading glasses. WOW!

Mom understands about old eyes. She has been wearing contacts for the last 20 years but not anymore - she can't see with them any longer so it's back to glasses for her.
