Dinner Time

Hi blog friends,
I have a man who helps cook. Does your man help cook?? I have noticed that they get a lot more dishes dirtier than a woman would do, doing the same job!!! Have you noticed that about your man?? I love that he likes to help and his dishes are very tasty!!! Tell me about your dinner time??

Love coming your way, Bambi & Fern

  1. My hubby and I both cook and we both do the dishes. It is kind of a toss up as to who gets the most dishes dirty!! But we sure have fun!

  7. We work together in the kitchen--I do the cooking, make the mess and my husband cleans it up--It's about all he can do! I blame it on his Mother who used to chase him out of the kitchen when he was a kid, but had them do the dishes afterwards.

By the way, how is your coon family? I thought of them last evening when I was coming home and saw one sitting on the side of the road--I honked my horn and scared it hopefully far away from the road!

  8. Dad does most of the cooking here, and yes, he uses a lot of dishes when he cooks. Mom takes care of the baking, so we're happy with it!

  9. What I hate about when honey-hunk cooks is...he does things like lay a greasy spatula on the stove. Why can't it lean against the skillet and keep the grease where it belongs?

It isn't rocket science....or maybe it is! LOL

  10. Our dad cooks! He cooks in his workshop so he never messes up mom's kitchen. Our dad is famous for his fabulous spagetti sauce and we think he makes the best chicken cutlets and eggplant ever! Mom is thrilled that she gets help every now and again!
Mom wants you to know, Miss Fern, that she is searching for FL camellias but so far you're the only one who has any!

    Love ya lots

  11. My husband does not really cook. That said, he grills dinner every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I do have to prepare any marinades, etc., but it still nice to have him fix the fish or chicken or steak.
