Nine years ago now Tom and I talked about, we had to get healthy b/c we both were getting sick a lot!!! So we started on this trip down the road of eating healthy and exercising... WE started slow.
It has been 9 years and we both are hardly ever sick any more!!!!
Coleslaw~~~~ I love it and cabbage is so very good for you but with the mayonnaise it is not healthy!!! What to do??????????????????????????? I found a recipe like this one on YouTube. It has my own take on it so it is not Just like the one on YouTube but it is close.
I hand cut up green cabbage and red cabbage and carrots but you could use a blender or food processor. Then in a blender I mix up sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and dried or fresh dates and some almond milk,, a little salt and pepper and some garlic! This dressing for the slaw is SO SO SOOOO GOOD you want to eat coleslaw everyday!!!!!!!
This is just some of the way we eat now a days..... I LOVE the way we eat today!!! WE never or hardly ever go out to eat any more b/c it is full of fat and salt and sugar, things we should not be eating!!!! Tom and I are hardly ever sick any more and the Doctor says to us~~~~~ I want to do what you are doing your blood work comes back so good!!!
