Thursday --- I hurt myself!!

Tuesday I was walking and I studded my toe on a tree root and I caught myself and didn't fall!!!  But with in a hour I was hurting!!!   My neck!!!!   I can hardly move my head period!!!  It is so painful!!  It is like having a baby with the pain no - stop!!!  It HURTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD!!!!!
