hello today i went to twitter & and told about my big pot of soup i make every week. it is full of vegetables, fresh, caned or frozen, or all of the above. also put tomatoes or tomato sauce in your soup & it will last 10 days in the frig. any time you want something to eat that is healthy put a bowl in the microwave for 1.5 min, u have a small meal in less than 2 min. well good night i am tired.
